| 工作描述： |
• Oversee Oracle ERP operation and projects located across several locations within the division and drive IT system efficiencies • Drive Oracle ERP daily operation excellence. Be responsible for ERP Application’s technical support, enhancement and further development • Define new function and system opportunities, which is not only limited within ERP system, and drive project implementation and management • Plan and coordinate other related technical services and information processing activities • Work with division and plant leadership team to prioritize IT activities • Build organization capability to ensure the company have proper succession planning and development. Responsible for ERP team’s management and development, coach staff on key IT Processes, support principle • Oracle ERP key user team government • Manage IT vendors and ensure effectiveness and quality of service provided • Be an expert in all Oracle function modules that at least cover those being used in all China sites • Travel between Shanghai Sourcing center and TaiCang manufacturing site frequently based on business demands and demonstrate leadership in managing related Oracle business needs by conducting formal Oracle Steering committee meeting, project/portfolio management and operational support • Actively participate in Actuant global Oracle initiatives and represent Actuant China IT team as a Subject matter expert for Oracle ERP competency. |

| 其它要求： |
• Minimally 10 years’ Oracle EBS project or operation experience with at least 1-2 years in management position • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; related to systems and computer technology and eight years of system experience • Strong EBS technical knowledge, including, but not limited to Java, Reports, OAF, Forms, unix shell, pl/sql, etc. • Strong EBS esp. R12 experience and knowledge, including but not limited to GL, AP, AR, OM, PO, INV, BOM, WIP, FA, Engineering, WMS, MSCA, MES, etc. • Strong business knowledge, including but not limited to finance, logistic, production, supply chain, sales • Other business application knowledge, such as Data-warehouse, BI, CRM, SCM, OA, workflow is a strong plus • Well versed in PMI Project Management methodologies and processes • Broad knowledge of corporate and division policies, business practices, strategies and business objectives • Ability to effectively communicate with senior managers, supervisors, other personnel in systems and user departments, technical consultants, software vendors and technical support personnel from other company locations and outside companies • Proven leadership track record and ability to thrive in a matrix organization • Ability to manage personnel across multiple locations, departmental functions and direct divisional IT activities • Track record of building organization capability Computer science bachelor or above • Microsoft SQL and SharePoint knowledge is strong plus • Business sufficient Oral, Written English skills |
