1. Material Manager / Planning Manager

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Ensure that On Time Delivery and Inventory Turn are met with goal request.
2. Direct that planning team to make manufacturing schedule smoothly.
3. Direct that buyer team to improve suppliers’ delivery performance.
4. Organize material schedule to ensure new project is under control.
5. Work with ASG to achieve the material cost reduction goal.
6. Adopt the LEAD concept and Improve planning process.
7. Team management and create a cooperative culture within and out of the team.

Education background/Qualifications:
University / bachelor degree

Working experience:
1. At least 5 years experience in supply chain field.
2. More than 3 years supervisor or manager experience.
3. The managed team members should be greater than 4.
4. Experience in auto factory is preferred.

Skills:
1. Good communication skills and team spirit.
2. Good MS office skills.
3. Good ERP experience such as Oracle, SAP etc.
4. Good oral and writing English skills.
5. Lean/TPS background or APICS certification is preferred.





2. Buyer / 采購

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Release the PO to vendor according to the material planning;
2. Handle PO acknowledgement, check and update orders if it is necessary;
3. Call-in the material according to the production planning and inventory plan;
4. Deal with suppliers on payment & quality issue;
5. Analyze the Inventory to keep the lower inventory, deal with the SLOB as well;
6. Work with AGS to analyze the vendor’s performance (price, capacity, lead time, etc.,) to meet the company goals;
7. Work with planner to maintain the material information properly in Oracle system;
8. Coordinate with AGS for new material launching;
9. Coordinate the ECN & DA implementation.

Education background/Qualifications:
College above degree.

Working experience:
1. 3 years’ experience in purchasing area for foreign invested companies MFG field;
2. Familiar with PMC;
3. Purchasing experience.

Skills:
1. Skillful MS office skills;
2. Must have Oracle or SAP experience, Workable MRP experience;
3. Good communication skill, good at coordination;
4. Written communication skills in English;
5. Have customer orientation, good team work, good relationship Continuous improvement;
6. Capable to work under pressure ,self-discipline and good team player.





3. Proecss Engineer 工藝工程師/ Manufacturing Engineer 制造工程師

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Define production process and build line for new products;
2. Work out Process Flow Chart, standard work and work instruction for the each cell; evaluate routine time, production cycle time, and productivity;
3. Design new tools and fixture;
4. Implement standard work audit to identify the variance between standard cycle time and actual cycle time, identify the root cause for variance, solving problem together with LEAD team; Lead the process improvement base on current data analysis;
5. Trouble shooting of cylinder, hand pump and air pump;
6. Maintain and update PFD, FMEA and SWP;
7. Project transfer experience is preferred.

Education background/Qualifications:
Bachelor or above, major in mechanical, hydraulic or related engineering, mechanical background is preferred.

Working experience:
1. More than 3 years' work experience in mechanical, hydraulic or similar fields
2. Fixture and tooling design experience is preferred.

Skills:
1. Work in foreign investment company or working abroad experiences is preferred;
2. Proficient design software abilities in AUTOCAD
3. Good communication with foreign technical professional in English is preferred;
4. Very skilling at ISO9000 Quality management system;
5. Excellent team player.
6. Six-Sigma Green Belt is preferred.





4.  測試技術員

工作職責：
1) 協(xié)助進行實驗室設備設施的管理和維護, 實驗設備操作流程和維護流程的編寫。
2) 按照實驗申請制定實驗計劃。
3) 按照各類實驗標準或要求操控各類實驗設備設施實施各項實驗。
4) 編寫相應的實驗報告, 在公共盤上存檔的實驗報告, 文檔。
5) 根據(jù)實驗零件的具體安裝狀況改制各類實驗工裝。
6) 配合產(chǎn)品工程師參與各類實驗失效零部件的失效原因分析。
7) 參與市場退回件的檢測和分析。
8) 配合銷售作好售后技術服務。
9) 其它職責。

崗位要求：
1) 高中以上學歷,熟悉各類機械原理；
2) 3年以上機械類或相關的現(xiàn)場操作工作經(jīng)驗。
3) 具備鉗工的技能和工作經(jīng)驗。
4) 熟悉各類實驗方法和使用實驗設備。
5) 熟悉機械產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)，原理，使用和應用。
6) 熟練使用各類辦公軟件。
7) 良好的溝通技巧。
