PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Maintain and improve the equipment & production line, continuously reduce down time rate 2. Troubleshoot when there is any issue with the equipment & production line 3. Review and maintain TPM related documentation for old equipments 4. Implement new equipments acceptance, draft maintenance WI, training maintenance technicians and operators 5. Continuously improve spare parts according to equipment specification, maintenance record and maintenance experience 6. Provide maintenance solution or suggestion to BU 7. Maintain and update equipment fault data, analyze root causes and make action plan 8. Contact with supplier to solve equipment or spare parts related issues 9. Other assigned tasks by supervisor |

Education background/Qualifications: Min bachelor degree or Higher. Working experience: 1. Majored in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Automation or related area, college degree or above 2. More than 10 years maintenance experience, Pneumatic & electrical knowledge, mechanical drawing reading & conception 3. Familiar with TPM Skills: 1. Skilled in PLC programming using Siemens S7-300 PLC 2. Be capable on electrical control design 3. Familiar with AB PLC or Mitsubishi PLC is preferred 4. Familiar with PROFIBUS is required, and PROFINET is preferred 5. Familiar with VB is required, and familiar with VC is preferred 6. Familiar with visual system is preferred 7. Familiar with AUTO-CAD is required and Familiar with Solidworks or Pro E is preferred 8. Work actively, good team work spirit 9. Can read and understand workable English documentation |
