主要職責(zé)（Main Responsibilities）: ?Run smoothly the "purchase request/purchase order/reception of goods'' system and its links with the Finance & Accounting Department 熟悉采購(gòu)流程并熟練運(yùn)用相關(guān)系統(tǒng)，數(shù)據(jù)與財(cái)務(wù)部門相對(duì)接 ?Optimizes the purchasing strategy in order to keep the minimum stocks so as to guaranty the smooth operation of the plant and minimizes costs; Responsible for sourcing local suppliers; Purchases all consumables for all Departments 根據(jù)采購(gòu)戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化采購(gòu)流程以保證庫(kù)存最優(yōu)化及成本最小化; 開發(fā)當(dāng)?shù)毓?yīng)商; 負(fù)責(zé)所有部門相關(guān)的采購(gòu)需求 ?Communication with Customs house and other relevant government officers to keep updated knowledge on policies related to import/export/shipping; To ensure smooth customs clearance of each shipment 保持與當(dāng)?shù)睾ｊP(guān)和相關(guān)政府部門人員的溝通并了解進(jìn)出口相關(guān)的政策；確保每批貨物順利通關(guān) ?Ensures accurate inventory and delivery on time 確保庫(kù)存的準(zhǔn)確性和準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨 ?Supervises warehouse associates and ensures team works together as efficiently as possible; ensure a smooth operating warehouse based on follow company EHS policy by every team member (i.e. waste, fuel, forklift, equipment, etc.) 管理倉(cāng)庫(kù)工作人員來確保倉(cāng)庫(kù)團(tuán)隊(duì)工作效率并基于團(tuán)隊(duì)每位成員遵守公司相關(guān)安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)定確保倉(cāng)庫(kù)順利運(yùn)作 ?Implement a communication system with customer to ensure a minimum stock level in the plant and good delivery efficiency. To propose some logistic solution to the customer to improve the existing situation. 與客戶保持密切溝通確保庫(kù)存最小化與有效準(zhǔn)時(shí)的交貨并對(duì)現(xiàn)狀提出有效的改進(jìn)方案 ?Update the material forecast accordingly. 及時(shí)更新原材料的需求預(yù)測(cè) ?Ensure the availability of the raw material for production. 保證原材料的正常生產(chǎn)供應(yīng) ?Ensures to follow company policies and procedures and keeps a clean and safe work environment, following all company procedures and guidelines outlined by OSHA 確保遵循公司的制度及流程和保持良好安全的工作環(huán)境，遵循集團(tuán)的方針及政策 ?Cooperation with teamwork 團(tuán)隊(duì)合作 |

?Minimum of 10 years similar working experience in manufacturing plant, 3 years management experience 至少有在生產(chǎn)型工廠相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)10年，3年以上的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 ?Full knowledge in supply chain is a plus 熟悉采購(gòu)供應(yīng)鏈 ?Good computer skills 有良好電腦操作水平 ?Proficiency of English (verbal, writing, listening) 有良好英文聽說讀寫能力 ?Very strong communication and coordination capabilities, troubleshooting skills 有良好的溝通能力、協(xié)作精神、解決問題能力 |
