RESPONSIBILITES: 工作職責(zé) ? Conduct routine testing following the standards requirements，Conduct non-standard testing based on special customer requirements. Record test data and be able to analyze and communicate results (e.g. notice irregularities) 根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行常規(guī)測(cè)試，根據(jù)客戶特殊要求做非標(biāo)測(cè)試。記錄測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)，并能夠分析和匯報(bào)結(jié)果（例如：留意并指出異常情況） ? Install and operate fixtures /equipment 安裝和操作夾具/設(shè)備 ? Assisting to develop and design test equipment/fixtures that meets required standards 協(xié)助開發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)符合要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的測(cè)試夾具和設(shè)備 ? Carry out routine equipment maintenance 執(zhí)行設(shè)備常規(guī)維護(hù) ? Maintain a clean tools and working environment 保持工具和工作環(huán)境整潔 ? Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies 遵守公司所有健康，安全及環(huán)境政策要求 ? Follow all quality protocols and report any discrepancies to the Manager of Mechanical Testing 遵守所有質(zhì)量指令規(guī)程，并向經(jīng)理匯報(bào)任何不符點(diǎn) ? Assist the Quality Manager with mechanical department quality matters 協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理處理機(jī)械部門相關(guān)質(zhì)量事宜 ? Ensure testing is following the latest standards and TPs 確保測(cè)試是根據(jù)最新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和實(shí)驗(yàn)室最新測(cè)試程序 ? Ensure sample control processes for mechanical testing samples, such as proper tracking, handling, and storage of all samples, are followed 確保遵循機(jī)械測(cè)試樣品的樣品控制流程，例如所有樣品的正確跟蹤、處理和儲(chǔ)存 |

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: 所需的技能和能力： ? Associate degree or higher，Major in Mechatronics is preferred 教育：大專以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)電專業(yè)優(yōu)先 ? Experience: 3+ years of mechanical testing experience required, bicycle(E-bike or scooter) and outdoors sporting goods experience a plus 經(jīng)驗(yàn)：需要3年以上的機(jī)械測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有自行車(電助力或電動(dòng)滑板車)和戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)用品經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 ? Training: Participate in company mandated training and be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of ACT Lab’s most commonly used bicycle standards (i.e. ISO, CPSC, ASTM, etc.) 培訓(xùn)：參加公司規(guī)定的培訓(xùn)，并能夠展示 ACT Lab 最常用的自行車標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（即 ISO、CPSC、ASTM 等）的專業(yè)知識(shí)。 ? Technical knowledge: Strong mechanical engineering knowledge, especially when applied to quality control testing 技術(shù)知識(shí)：強(qiáng)大的機(jī)械工程知識(shí)，尤其是應(yīng)用于質(zhì)量控制測(cè)試時(shí) ?
