| 工作描述： |
1.及時準(zhǔn)確地準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)口清關(guān)文件,管理與海關(guān)的接口,確?？焖偻P(guān). Prepare documents for import customs clearance timely and accurately. Manage the interface to Customs to ensure expedited clearance. 2.關(guān)注貨代的清關(guān)流程,與對方協(xié)調(diào)解決關(guān)鍵問題和緊急情況,處理物流鏈中發(fā)生的情況,如索賠,緊急交貨或客戶投訴交貨. Monitors broker’s customs clearance process. Coordinate with brokers to solve critical issues and emergency. Work on the cases happened in the logistics chain such as claims, urgent delivery or customer complains for delivery. 3.更新和維護(hù)交付狀態(tài)報告信息,跟蹤和分析物流執(zhí)行活動,以推動持續(xù)改善. Track and analyze logistics fulfillment activities to drive continuous improvement. 4.與貨運代理合作,以成本效益高的方式按時向客戶交付貨物. Work with freight forwarders for on time delivery to customers in cost-effective ways. 5.更新海關(guān)清關(guān)關(guān)稅,通知和公告以及海關(guān)日常變更方面的知識,遵循規(guī)定的政策和程序, 以保持高效的客戶服務(wù)周期，遵循邏輯和系統(tǒng)的方法. Update knowledge in Customs Clearance Tariff, Circulars and Public notices and day-to-day changes by the Customs. Follows defined policies and procedures to maintain efficient customer service cycle, following logical and systematic approaches. 6.負(fù)責(zé)物流相關(guān)外來供應(yīng)商如包裝,吊裝,運輸商廠內(nèi)作業(yè)督導(dǎo),協(xié)調(diào)和溝通. Responsible for logistics related external suppliers such as packaging, lifting, transportation, factory operation supervision, coordination and communication. 7.物流相關(guān)供應(yīng)商月度費用結(jié)算報表復(fù)查和申請. Review and apply for monthly expense settlement report of logistics related suppliers. 8.相關(guān)物流工作月度報表整理和報告，成本降低方案的提議評估和執(zhí)行. Responsible for report monthly logistics reports, evaluation and implement cost reduction proposal. 9.支持項目經(jīng)理新項目的物流相關(guān)商務(wù)部分的詢價，并在需要時為其他團(tuán)隊提供支持. Support project manager to make inquiry for logistics related business part of new project and support other team when necessary. 10.其它指定工作. Other duties assigned and support related to production. |

1.全日制大專學(xué)歷，物流或相關(guān)專業(yè). Full-time diploma qualification in logistics or a related field. 2.具有3年以上物流貨代進(jìn)出口操作經(jīng)驗，熟悉進(jìn)出口環(huán)節(jié)能獨立完成進(jìn)出口操作. Over 3 years of logistics freight forwarding import and export operational experience. 3.有較強的成本意識. Strong Sense of cost Down. 4.工作積極主動，表達(dá)能力強，具有較強的責(zé)任感和客戶服務(wù)意識. Proactive in work, strong communication skills, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility and customer service awareness. |
