So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too Who you are: Contribute and drive the organization in order to mantain and improve defined quality level of products/processes in accordance with legal requirements, Alfa Laval standard/specifications and customer requirements through effective quality management system and quality control methodologies About the job: 1) Define the quality needed/specifications for raw materials like bar, coil, parting sheet, cap sheet, support qualifying new vendors, review SLR and material qualification plan, follow up supplier quality issues for these materials. 確認(rèn)原材料的如封條鋁卷釬焊板的質(zhì)量要求及規(guī)范，支持新供應(yīng)商的認(rèn)證，審核實(shí)驗(yàn)室報(bào)告及材料認(rèn)證計(jì)劃，跟蹤這些材料供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量問題。 2) Define quality needed/specifications（geometry, metallurgy and cleanliness） for parts before brazing: fins, bars, parting sheets, follow up quality issues during manufacturing before and after brazing as much as necessary to ensure good brazing. 釬焊前確認(rèn)原材料的如封條鋁卷釬焊板的質(zhì)量要求及規(guī)范（尺寸，冶金和清潔度），跟蹤釬焊前后的質(zhì)量問題，確保釬焊質(zhì)量。 3) Prepare and/or sign off brazing documents for manufacturing, sign brazing book for ASME cores 準(zhǔn)備和/或簽署制造用釬焊文件，簽署ASME焊芯釬焊書 4) Define or modify brazing cycles to optimize brazing quality and furnace efficiency/utilization, make choice of furnace if necessary, follow and monitor brazing cycle if needed 定義或修改釬焊周期以優(yōu)化釬焊質(zhì)量和爐效率/利用率，必要時(shí)選擇爐，必要時(shí)跟蹤和監(jiān)控釬焊周期 5) Propose new brazing rules and modification of existing rules according to quality of brazed cores and requests from design office and process engineers, take decisions per brazing rules. 根據(jù)釬焊芯體的質(zhì)量和設(shè)計(jì)辦公室和工藝工程師的要求，提出新的釬焊規(guī)則和修改現(xiàn)有規(guī)則，并根據(jù)釬焊規(guī)則做出決定。 6) Review the FC-FS data sheets according to brazing rules and customer specification then feedback for modification and optimization 根據(jù)釬焊規(guī)則和客戶規(guī)范審核FC-FS數(shù)據(jù)表，并反饋修改和優(yōu)化 7) In charge of reviewing sketch to comply with brazing rule. 負(fù)責(zé)審核草圖，確保符合釬焊規(guī)則。 8) Responsible for developing BPS/BPQR/BPQ, training and certifying brazers and brazing process for ASME/PED 負(fù)責(zé)制定BPS/BPQR/BPQ，培訓(xùn)和認(rèn)證釬焊工和ASME/PED的釬焊工藝 9) Have all necessary examination and test done, design and prepare samples if needed, develop brazing and testing plan, analyze result of tests and create reports if needed. 完成所有必要的檢查和測(cè)試，如果需要，設(shè)計(jì)和準(zhǔn)備樣品，制定釬焊和測(cè)試計(jì)劃，分析測(cè)試結(jié)果，如果需要，創(chuàng)建報(bào)告。 10) Prepare MAWP tests and analyze test results then try to find the proper method to improve the MAWP values 準(zhǔn)備MAWP測(cè)試，分析測(cè)試結(jié)果，尋找合適的方法來提高M(jìn)AWP值 11) Prepare regular meetings with brazing engineers in France, share as much information as possible for issue-resolution and continuous improvements 準(zhǔn)備與法國釬焊工程師的定期會(huì)議，分享盡可能多的信息以解決問題和持續(xù)改進(jìn) 12) Manage discussion with customers on brazing when necessary. 必要時(shí)與客戶就釬焊進(jìn)行討論。 13) Ensure brazing related activities no negative impact on safety and environment. 確保釬焊相關(guān)活動(dòng)對(duì)安全和環(huán)境沒有負(fù)面影響 Must必備技能 1. Good analyzing and judging skills;良好的分析判斷能力； 2. Experience on aluminum brazing technology and vacuum brazing furnaces; 有鋁釬焊技術(shù)和真空釬焊爐經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 3. Experience in laboratory on aluminum material mechanical and chemical specifications, knowledge on aluminum processing control, metallurgical microstructure and welding;有實(shí)驗(yàn)室經(jīng)驗(yàn)，關(guān)于鋁材機(jī)械性能化學(xué)分析相關(guān)規(guī)范，了解鋁材加工控制，金相組織和焊接； 4. Familiar with Microsoft office and AutoCAD 熟悉微軟辦公軟件和AutoCAD 5. Good command of English in speaking, reading and writing; 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力； 6. Must be well spirit of teamwork, willing to coach other people; 必須具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，愿意指導(dǎo)他人； 7. Proven leadership style, ability to lead the brazing team 優(yōu)秀的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)釬焊團(tuán)隊(duì)的能力
