工作職責(zé)RESPONSIBILITIES： ? Works with Lab Manager and Manager of Operations to ensure smooth shipping and receiving processes for the laboratory 與實驗室經(jīng)理和運營經(jīng)理合作，確保實驗室的運輸和接收流程順利進行 ? Coordinates shipping and receiving of items with customs 與報關(guān)公司/快遞公司協(xié)調(diào)物品的運送和接收 ? In charge of preparing materials to be shipped to different laboratory locations 負責(zé)準備樣品運往不同的實驗室地點 ? Ensures logistics sample control processes, such as properly tagging and logging all samples, are followed 確保樣品的流程控制，如正確標記和記錄所有樣品 ? Assisting the laboratory with some tests like reflector testing/XRF/build bikes/Helmet pre-test and so on when the lab is busy 當實驗室忙的時候，協(xié)助他們做一些測試比如反光片/XRF/安裝自行車/頭盔的預(yù)測試。 職位要求REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES ? 2 years in professional work experience required (at least 1 year of experience in logistics field preferred) 2年專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(至少1年物流領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先) ? Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office computer skills/software?? 熟悉Microsoft Office和其他基本的辦公軟件 ? Exceptional customer service skills 卓越的客戶服務(wù)技能 ? Strong reading and writing skills 較強的英語讀寫能力 ? College degree or above 大專以上學(xué)歷 |
