Main tasks : 1.To prepare necessary quality control documents according to drawing, standards, customers’ requirements, such as check list, inspection and testing plan , etc. and monitor its implementation, to make sure that all customers’ viewpoints be taken into account at all the stages of execution of order 根據圖紙、標準、客戶的要求編制必要的質量控制文件，如檢查表、檢驗試驗計劃等并監(jiān)視其執(zhí)行，確保客戶的所有要求 2. To prepare necessary quality control record and/or inspection, test report basing on actual inspecting and testing result 基于實際的檢驗及試驗結果編制必要的質量控制記錄及檢驗試驗報告 3. To prepare the necessary quality control procedure 策劃編制必要的質量控制程序文件 4. To provide necessary training to inspectors or relevant operators according to built template 依據建立的規(guī)范對檢驗員或操作人員進行必要的培訓 5. To coordinate the inspection of customer or third party, make sure the customer satisfaction 客戶或第三方檢驗的協(xié)調溝通，確?？蛻魸M意 6. To assist QEHS Manager in quality system audit and manufacturing license application/renewal 協(xié)助QEHS 經理進行質量體系審核及制造許可證的申領及換證 7. Follow for quality issue dealing, lead for Quality improvement and process optimization 跟蹤、推動解決質量問題，推動質量改進及過程優(yōu)化 8.Support inspector for inspection 支持檢驗員檢驗工作 |

Must 1. Bachelor degree or above with engineering background 本科及以上學歷 2. Two years or above quality control experience of machinery industry，be familiar with mechanical products fabrication 2年以上機械產品質量控制工作經驗,熟悉容器類產品制造工藝流程及質量控制要求 3. Be familiar with mechanical products inspection ,test and inspection instruments using, familiar with machining process and inspection. 熟悉機械產品的檢驗試驗及檢驗試驗工具的使用，熟悉機加工工藝及檢驗 4. Be familiar with welding inspection of pressure vessel or mechanical products. Be familiar with cryogenic pump or combustion/burner will be priority 熟悉壓力容器或機械產品的焊接檢驗；熟悉低溫泵行業(yè)優(yōu)先；熟悉燃燒器行業(yè)優(yōu)先 5. Ability to read fabrication and assembly drawings 有機械產品讀圖能力 6. Good computer skill , such as Word, Excel, PPT， etc 熟練運用Micro-office（Word，Excel）辦公軟件 7. Good English reading and writing skill，and usable oral English 良好的英文讀寫能力,口語可用 8. Good written & spoken communication skill and teamwork spirit 良好的溝通能力及團隊合作精神 9. ISO9000 quality system management experience and quality management tools IS09000 質量體系管理經驗及質量管理工具 Preferred QC experience of pressure vessel or machining is preferred.有容器或換熱器類產品質量控制經驗尤佳 |
