| 工作描述： |
Position Summary Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Interface between customer and internal in contractual and commercial aspects as well as in technical. Kick-off meeting with internal and external customer Execution of project to meet the milestone and project progress meeting and manage to define the corrective actions. Lead tooling projects from quoting to customer handover: on time, on budget, payment collection, report, revenue recognition and right quality Completes complex projects and performs project, planning implementation and control. Evaluates and recommends changes in methods or procedures. Facilitate troubleshooting and resolving complex problems. Responsible project budgets and business plans for functional area. Identifies resource needs and may develop justification. Successfully communicates appropriate project information to cross-functional teams, management, and customers/suppliers. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications B.S degree or above in engineering field. Minimum 5 years project management in the project based industries, Excellent MS office, project, CAD, ppt, excel skills Excellent communication in both written and oral English. Strong technical background, from mechanical or composite industry, familiar with composites mold is a plus Knowing and understanding project economy, High cost control sense Experience with commissioning of complex machinery PMP certified is a plus |
