| 工作描述： |
1.1 Make a reasonable installation plan according project schedule. 1.2 Prepare and flow up all the resource for installation both in tooling factory and work side, such as manpower, material and supplier. 1.3 Lead a team to complete mold pre-installation in tooling factory or installation on side according the schedule with high standard and good quality. 1.4 In charge of all the supplier schedule and quality during the installation time. 1.5 In charge of all the technical points control during the installation. 1.6 Manage the team to obey the safety rules of both TPI’s and client’s during the installation time. 1.7 In charge of all the team members work time, hotel, traffic and so on when the team work oversea. 1.8 Service supporting and troubleshooting on side if needed. 1.9 Keep good communicating with clients to get highly identify with mold, also share feedback to tooling other department for improvement. |
