Tasks and Profile Receptionist of Beijing Office Tasks - Be accountable for reception and co-switch at the front desk; - Support office manager and staff in clerical and secretary aspects; - Provide basic IT support as a coordinator; - Prepare shipping documents; - Prepare of debit and credit notes, billing process; - Collect and send contracts, reimbursement documents, etc. for signature; - Prepare necessary PPT, Word or Excel files; Profile - Bachelor degree or above; - 1-2 years related working experience required; - Skill in building customer relationships; - Good team work and interpersonal skills; Attachments No attachments currently exist. |
