| 工作描述： |
Planning and Budgeting - Implement production function budget and plan, and monitor the achievement of the budget; allocate production preparation target to subordinates & monitor their performance in order to meet the company's annual operating plan and budget. Policies and Procedures - Implement the production related policies and procedures in order to guide employees' work and improve production preparation team efficiency. People Management and Development - Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; help resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted function performance goal. Coach and develop production team. Conduct periodical performance assessment for production team - - members. Provide training to production team. Production Management - Lead production team to implement production plan to meet customer requirement. Arrange daily production resource. Make decision and take quick action to solve daily production problems to support production.] - Manage production area and implement some improvement. Ensure safety production. Investigate and report any safety cases in time. Production Improvement - Hold weekly meetings to analyze the current production improvement issues and work with quality function to investigate quality problems. Work out preventive and corrective actions for quality problems and customer complains. Lead quality improvement activities in production line. • Project Support - Support the new project or localization issues, coordinate with and get support from the other functions(such as Maintenance, Master Planning , Purchasing, etc.) - Support the quality team deal with the customer audit &complaint. - Support and take initiatives on Safety Production - Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality. - Support and take initiatives on MOVE. - Support and take initiatives on Health, Safety & Security. - Support on Environmental Management. - Support on internal control. - Support on Excellence. |
