| 工作描述： |
1)Plan APQP and implement QFD(Quality Function Deployment), insure meet the requirement of APAP. APQP計劃和QFD(質(zhì)量功能展開)的執(zhí)行,確保滿足APAP的要求。 2)Be responsible for keeping touch with every project teams to prepare and hand in PPAP files of new program in time. 就新項目中PPAP資料的準(zhǔn)備事宜，與每個項目團(tuán)隊保持聯(lián)系。 3)Prepare related document for new project. (Control plan, inspection agreement, part history, dimension report, OTS, PPAP, etc) 準(zhǔn)備新項目資料。（如：控制計劃，檢驗(yàn)協(xié)議,零件履歷，尺寸報告，OTS及PPAP等文件） 4)Be responsible for auditing work including customer audit. Carry out the process audit and product audit. 負(fù)責(zé)所有的審核工作，包括客戶審核。實(shí)施過程審核和產(chǎn)品審核。 5)Be responsible for supervise the track and certificate every audit improvement action measures, and audit the quality system on a pre-determined regular basis. 負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督項目的審核改進(jìn)措施和證據(jù)的追蹤，以及質(zhì)量體系預(yù)先的審核。 6)Be responsible for module gage and component gage planning and building and create the inspection plan and Control the measurement instrument in line. 負(fù)責(zé)模塊計量和零件計量的計劃和創(chuàng)建 和 制定檢驗(yàn)計劃和控制在線檢驗(yàn)器具。 7)Verify, make statistic and analysis nonconformity. Bachelor or above degree ,major in Industry Engineering. 本科或以上學(xué)歷,工業(yè)工程專業(yè)。 Minim 3-year quality experience in automotive field. 至少3年汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 -Be familiar with IATF16949. 熟悉IATF16949。 -Be familiar with APQP，PPAP，SPC，MSA 熟悉APQP，PPAP，SPC，MSA -Be able to read the drawing and skillful in GD&T 能夠讀懂圖紙，熟悉GD&T -System thinking and team working. 具有邏輯思考的能力及團(tuán)隊合作能力 -Able to work under owns initiative. 工作主動。 -Good English in writing and speaking. 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。 |
