RESPONSIBILITIES 工 作 職 責： 1. Cooperate with project department for new mold trial and process validation within the new project time frame, record all data of each mold trial stage. Generate WI and process parameter sheet for new products and release to mass production after approval and filed by DCC; 負責新項目注塑模具的試模，工藝參數(shù)的驗證和所有試模階段資料的存檔。在新模具批準后，制作量產(chǎn) 作業(yè)指導書和工藝參數(shù)表并由DCC受控。 2. Continuous optimize the molding process and update related WI and process parameter sheet; 持續(xù)優(yōu)化注塑生產(chǎn)工藝并更新作業(yè)指導書和工藝參數(shù)表； 3. Provide technical support to engineering and manufacturing departments for the introduction of automated inspection and packaging systems; 對生產(chǎn)提供技術支持，介紹自動化檢驗流程； 4. Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing technical issues; 及時解決現(xiàn)場出現(xiàn)的機器故障問題； 5. Undertake specific system training where appropriate and be able to retrospectively train others; 負責對員工的具體的系統(tǒng)培訓工作； 6. Develop bi-lingual manufacturing processes control documentation; 負責雙語的自動化控制文件的管理； 7. Involve in the company’s automatization; 參與公司的自動化改進； 8. Other tasks delegated from operation manager. 其他運營經(jīng)理指派的任務。 |

QUALIFICATIONS 工作資格： 1. College educational background;大專以上學歷; 2. At least 5 years moulding area work experiences;至少五年以上注塑行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗； 3. Be proficient with operation of molding injection machines, be familiar with the natures of engineering plastics;熟練操作注塑機，熟悉各種工程原料性能； 4. Team worker, Responsibility;積極向上，責任心強，具團隊合作精神； 5. Good English Communication is required.良好的英文溝通是必需的。 |
