| 工作描述： |
Responsibilities: Mainly responsible OE & AM fabrication parts, conveyor, steel structure, roller and environmental protection equipment sourcing business. 1）New supplier development.--Initiate and conduct supplier nomination process with functional team. 2）Development of new components.--Initiate RFQ activity; negotiate purchasing cost and commercial term with suppliers, sample development. 3） Master data maintenance in SAP. E.g. Vendor, Price, Lead-time, MOQ, Minor packing, etc. 4）Quality management--To solve miscellaneous open issues of suppliers and support quality team for problematic suppliers and action plan follow up.(NCR & PCN） 5）Supplier management--Daily supplier management & problem solving, monthly & annual performance evaluation of suppliers. (OTD, COPQ, Cost, Service, Capacity, etc.) 6）Cost down--Initiate cost down workshops. 7） Make the strategy plan according to the marking status to make sure supply chain running smoothly. |

Qualification: 1. Minimum 5 years experiences of purchasing & sourcing in machinery industry, multinational production enterprise is preferred. 2. Experience & knowledge of Miners industry is preferred 3. Familiar with material market & components technologies 4. Good interpersonal, project management and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and summarize complex issues. Knowledge / Educational requirements： 1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Degree with equivalent experience above. 2. Good command of English and Mandarin 3. Skills of Excel & PowerPoints is preferable. 4. Capable of handling SAP or similar ERP system. |
