| 工作描述： |
- Support production problem shooting from the view of engineering. - Coordinate the technical communication between Trio plant and CTG (crusher technology center) - Support on-site failure analyses. Anchor the solution for onsite issue. - Carry out engineering calculations when required e.g. tolerance chain, performance and efficiency, power requirements, bearing life, stresses and flange loadings. - Proficient using ANSYS or other FEA/CFD software to perform complex structural, fluid, thermal and vibration simulation analysis. - Proficient in rotor-dynamic analysis using XL Rotor or similar software, as well as drive systems design and analysis for both belt drive and gear drive - Travel to customer locations for service calls, maintenance seminars and sales assistance, - Analyze data to determine feasibility of design proposals; review and investigate alternatives to existing design and establish specifications, standards, necessary detailed drawings and bill of material; - Proficient in part design using Unigraphics 3D modeling software, create assembly drawings and make 2D drawings from 3D parts and assemblies. Ability to operate ProE. - Familiarity with Product Data Management (PDM) software such as Teamcenter and Windchill - Write detailed product and component specifications as required. - Comply with all company policies, procedures, and programs. - Work with manufacturing and carry out DFMEA - Goal Setting: Able to define and prioritize realistic, specific goals and objectives. - Apply six sigma and lean manufacturing principles to define problem, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. - Apply project management skills to define scope, outline tasks and track progress in order to accomplish an overall objective - Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written or oral form. - Ability to effectively work and interact with others. - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. - Requires strong personal computer skills using a variety of software packages, particularly Unigraphics, Teamcenter, ANSYS, MS Project, Microsoft Office. - Requires the ability to read and create engineering drawings. - Experience with drawing standards, proper drawing layout, dimensioning and tolerances, GD&T and key characteristics. - Requires attention to detail. - Requires excellent internal and customer communications, written and verbal communication skills. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally |
