| 工作描述： |
1. Responsible for company production plan, prioritize work order dispatch sequence and monitor the performance of production. 2. Responsible for quick shipment and big shipment program to support marketing activities 3. Responsible for NPD trial run arrangement 4. Develop and implement production planning to maximize the use of organization resources to meet volumes, delivery time, cost and quality targets; 5. Liaise with related person or departments (eg sales, purchasing, quality, production,..) to integrate their activities into production plans and schedules; 6. Monitor production activities and analyze production data (resource requirements – operator, machines, material) so that the flow of material is delivered timely to meet production requirements, change plan timely when necessary; 7. Continuously review and understand Load and Capacity constraints within the factory that may impact production performance and customer satisfaction; |
