| 工作描述： |
To lead all aspects of production to ensure that optimum quantity and quality are produced according to planning and against minimum cost, with maximum use of available facilities and resources. 1.Motivate, coach and empower the supervisory management team to ensure they focus particularly on developing team working, and maximising efficiency and quality whilst dealing with day to day production issues. 2.Set up and maintain a production facility to function as efficiently as possible, based on short and medium term production plans and to operate within the confines of the annual budget and OEE reduction targets. 3.Monitor daily production plan to refine the production plan in terms of available resources and services to ensure that product is produced on time and to acceptable quality and cost parameters. 4.Implement and control the operation of Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental and Standards systems and procedures to ensure that Operations remains compliant with legislation and procedures and passes internal and external audits. 5.Create an environment and framework in which all employees can contribute and have access to development to ensure that continuous improvement opportunities and skills development are maximised. 6.Identify and instigate the research, development and implementation of projects to achieve improvements in efficiencies, procedures or KPIs. 7.Develop and delivery of short and long term production. Meet Product Delivery On Time (PDOT) 8.Develop and maintain customer focused production team 9.Achieve first grade product quality. 10.Enhance technical abilities of production team to provide higher quality. 11.Effectively manage production team. Achieve results thought employee management, coaching, leadership and training. 12.Experience in managing Environmental Performance |
