| 工作描述： |
1. 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)制定及改進(jìn)；Define the standard working time and make improvements; 2. 作業(yè)流程制定，編制作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書；Define the SOP work flow and prepare the working instruction; 3. 生產(chǎn)線作業(yè)人員訓(xùn)練，教導(dǎo)作業(yè)員確實(shí)執(zhí)行相關(guān)操作；Provide the lean specific training to operators and be responsible for the implementation for related targets; 4. 優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工具、設(shè)備及員工作業(yè)動(dòng)作；Optimize production tools, equipment and staff operations for production; 5. 進(jìn)行方法改善，降低工時(shí)使生產(chǎn)更加順暢；Find new ways to reduce working hours for smooth working and production; 6. 推動(dòng)成本降低行動(dòng)；Drive the action for cost reduction; 7. 新產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)導(dǎo)入，并測(cè)算好好用工時(shí)；Production import for new products and calculate the elapsed time. 8. 新增設(shè)備、設(shè)備改進(jìn)后的產(chǎn)品試產(chǎn)投入；Make the trial-production for new equipment or after the equipment improvement. 9. 各工序成本管控點(diǎn)改進(jìn)、監(jiān)督落實(shí)；Improve and implement the cost control points for each process; 10. 計(jì)算人機(jī)配比、優(yōu)化人員配備；Calculate the ratio for man-machine matching and do the staffing optimization; 11. 主導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)線效率提升；Lead continuous improvements and make the production line more efficiency; 12. 物料流轉(zhuǎn)線路規(guī)劃、優(yōu)化；Make planning for and optimize the material flow route. 13. 各類工時(shí)資料、人力資料等檔案的建立；Establish the related documents for different types of elapsed time and human resources etc. 14. 人才梯隊(duì)的培養(yǎng)；Cultivate the talents in accordance with the lean principles. 15. 參與質(zhì)量提升改善；Actively participate in the quality improvements. |

Good at communication, coordination and team work. 善于溝通；很好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)； 5. Have the ability in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Good German skill is a plus. 英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫流利。會(huì)德語(yǔ)尤佳； 6. Good command of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT etc. 熟練操作Word, Excel, PPT等辦公軟件。 |
