Role: Sr. Quality Engineer (QM R&D) Review of quality topics according to PDP checklist 按照PDP清單檢查質(zhì)量問題 Moderation of system- and design-FMEA and triggering plus participation of process-FMEA 把控系統(tǒng)和設(shè)計(jì)FMEA，觸發(fā)和參與流程FMEA。 Moderation of Quality Gates and Quality Reviews and release QG1 把控質(zhì)量大門和質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)，并且發(fā)布QG1 Member of the project team 成為項(xiàng)目組成員 Creation, monitoring, updating and improvement of control plans, test and work instructions, tech. documents 制作、監(jiān)控、更新并改善控制計(jì)劃、測試、工作說明、技術(shù)文檔。 Defining Quality requirements and targets within the PDP process 在PDP進(jìn)程中，定義質(zhì)量要求和目標(biāo)。 Completion of product audits and documentation relating to PDP 完成與PDP相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品審核和文件編制。 Involvement in initial sample inspections (ISIR) in the context of PDP 在PDP環(huán)境中，參與初始樣品的檢測（ISIR） Involvement in supplier approvals as part of PDP 作為PDP的一部分，參與供應(yīng)商的批準(zhǔn)。 Statistical analyses in PDP 在PDP中的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 Completion of capability tests (e.g.: Cgk, Cmk, Ppk,..) and life cycle analyses 完成性能測試（如Cgk, Cmk, Ppk）和產(chǎn)品生命周期分析。 Investment and resource planning relating to PDP 與PDP相關(guān)的投資和資源計(jì)劃安排 Involvement in drawing up the requirement and functional specifications for test software and test equipment 參與擬定軟件測試和測試設(shè)備的要求和功能規(guī)格。 Support with product-related optimization measures 支持產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的優(yōu)化措施。 Standardization of quality methodologies and tools in the context of PDP 在PDP環(huán)境中，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化質(zhì)量方法和工具。 Development and ensuring of quality standards in the development area 開發(fā)并保證在開發(fā)區(qū)的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 Introduction of monitoring of corrective measures 引入矯正措施的檢測。 Coordination and monitoring of all activities relating to quality management during product development 在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中，協(xié)調(diào)和監(jiān)控所有與質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)的活動。 Support for change activities for products / projects 支持產(chǎn)品和項(xiàng)目的變化活動。 Support for the project teams through application of and involvement in quality methods such as problem-solving, FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma.... 支持項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)，通過對質(zhì)量方法（如problem-solving, FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma）的運(yùn)用和參與。 As required, membership of the risk management team in cases of loss 根據(jù)需要，成為風(fēng)險管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的成員以免產(chǎn)生虧損。 |

Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering or other Corresponding Electronic Field 本科學(xué)歷，電子工程專業(yè)或者其他電子相關(guān)領(lǐng)域。 Knowledge and experience in electronic quality controls and Six Sigma Tools 具有電子質(zhì)量管理和Six Sigma工具的知識和經(jīng)歷。 At least 3 years Knowledge and experience in QM R&D, 至少三年以上在質(zhì)量管理、研發(fā)的知識和工作經(jīng)歷。 Good Communication Skills with Internal Cross Functional Team 有良好的溝通技巧，能與內(nèi)部跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)良好地溝通 Good Negotiation Skills with External Team and Suppliers Regarding Technical Points for Products and Components 良好的溝通技巧，能與外部圖團(tuán)隊(duì)和供應(yīng)商就產(chǎn)品和元件的技術(shù)注意事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行協(xié)商。 Experience in Validation Test for Electronic products, like Durability Test, Climatic Test and Lifetime Test and others Reliability test if needed 有電子產(chǎn)品的驗(yàn)證測試經(jīng)歷，如耐久性測試、氣候測試、使用壽命測試和其他需要的可靠性測試。 Experience in Qualification Test for Electronic Components 有電子元件的質(zhì)量鑒定測試經(jīng)歷。 Experience in Quality Tools, Mintab software, D/PFMEA, Control plan, 8D concept 有使用質(zhì)量工具、Mintab軟件、D/PFMEA、控制計(jì)劃、8D concept的經(jīng)歷 Experience in Supplier Audit, Especially on electronic component, Like PCB, PCBA, film capacitor. 有供應(yīng)審核的經(jīng)歷，特別是電子元件的審核，如PCB, PCBA、薄膜電容器。 Good English both Written and Oral. 良好的英語書寫和英語口語。 |
