| 工作描述： |
1. Systematically analyze daily performance of FPT/ FPY on SMD, AOI, Wave soldering, ICT/FCT and Assembly incl, cutting, potting, coating and take action to standardize the process. 2. Develop, review and update Work Standards including Process Flow-Chart and WI. 3. Provide training for operators 4. Strive for continuous improvement and health, safety & environment with lean concept. 5. Participate in project launch with process development; Control Plan and FMEA, WI 任職要求： 1. Bachelor's degree, major in Electronics or Mechatronics, or related engineering 2. Above 3 year-experience in manufacturing with similar position. 3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. 4. Highly analytical thought 5. Experience in process improvement and trouble-shooting. 6. Familiar with 7 QC tooling 7. Team work spirit and good at communication. |
