| 工作描述： |
Responsibilities of Position: · Responsible for supporting all instrument and electrical maintenance in a plant environment all supporting infrastructure. · Responsible for evaluating recurring instrument and electrical failures to determine root cause and corrective action. · Responsible for overseeing preventative and predictive maintenance programs for electrical and instruments. · Responsible for electrical and instrument oversight of all activities generated by the Management of Change process. · Responsible for minor capital projects from design phase to startup. Key Success Factors: § Develop an instrument and electrical reliability program to reduce the maintenance cost. § Use reliability data to help standardize instrument and electrical components. § Develop and implement a partnership with the Honeywell IAC to test new state-of-the-art instruments and control systems at the Geismar facility. Provide feedback to the Honeywell IAC business on reliability issues and any other needed improvements. § Ensure safe and cost effective I & E maintenance repair and capital project execution. § Develop and implement new Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs as required for new equipment installations and other new regulatory requirements. Attributes/Skills Required/Sought: · Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. · Experience with PLC programming, DCS programming, calibration and repair of plant instrumentation, analyzer calibration, combustion flame safety shutdown controls, local control loops, and the National Electric Code and ISA standards. · Self starter / Highly motivated. · Must be focused on continuous improvement. · Must work well with all levels of the organization. · Must provide indirect support to the implementation of the Stage 1 Maintenance Excellence initiative (Planned Maintenance). · Must provide direct support of the Stage 2 Maintenance Excellence initiative (Proactive Maintenance). · Attitude must foster a positive team environment. Experience/Education Required/Sought: · Bachelor in Automatic & Instrument Control or Electrical Control Engineering. · At least 5 years of maintenance and reliability experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. · Strong Instrument, Electrical, and Controls knowledge. · Experience with small scope capital projects. · Power distribution knowledge / experience with high voltage electrical equipment. · Familiarity with Honeywell DCS and Instrumentation, preferred. |
