| 工作描述： |
- Lead supplier assessment & PRR audit. - Lead industrialization projects align with PcP. - Execute supplier development program for defined strategy suppliers. - Execute localization which is imported for cost saving purpose. - Improve the OTD and quality performance on sick suppliers. - Implement and execute quality assurance procedures for components to be fulfilled by supplier, in co-ordination with CQS. - Implement Schindler standards and specs for Elevator components in supplier’s organization - In addition to these, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required. - Participate in safety training and wear proper safety protections Requirements: - At least 3-5 years professional experience in quality management in a similar industry; inter-national company supply chain experience is preferred. - - Good knowledge of manufacturing process. - Experience in communication with suppliers. - Good understanding of INDU tasks. - - Stress resistant &decisiveness, Self-confident. - Interpersonal reliability & Integrity. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Analytical Thinking. - Achievement Orientation and quality driven. - Strong, balanced personality. - Able to work independently and willing to take decisions. - Ability to build customer relationships. |
