| 工作描述： |
1. Take training of service level relating to TRUMPF machines(mainly 2d laser machines) to internal TRUMPF staff, not only from TCN but also from Asia-Paci countries 為含通快中國及亞太國家通快分支機構(gòu)或公司在內(nèi)的通快內(nèi)部人員實施標(biāo)準機床(主要為二維激光機床)服務(wù)級別的培訓(xùn)。 2. Maintenance and improve service courses, create and edit relative documents of these courses. 維護和改進通快標(biāo)準機床的相關(guān)服務(wù)課程，起草并修訂相關(guān)課程的文檔及教學(xué)資料。 3. Manage all the tools of service training, includes standard tools and special tools.管理通用和專用的服務(wù)培訓(xùn)用工具。 4. Support TRUMPF subsidiaries of Asia-Paci Countries with service onsite training. 參與培訓(xùn)中心對亞太國家通快分支機構(gòu)和公司的現(xiàn)場服務(wù)培訓(xùn)工作。 5. Assist for daily management of Taicang showroom and training center. 參與太倉展廳及培訓(xùn)中心的日常管理工作。 6. Support other depts. in machine service fields, such as hotline or onsite service work. 對通快其他部門提供與服務(wù)培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容相關(guān)的的支持，如熱線和現(xiàn)場工作。 7. Other tasks assigned by immediate manager 負責(zé)完成直屬主管和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他的工作任務(wù) |

1. Academic Background: Bachelor degree from university or above 大學(xué)本科或以上 2. Which major preferred: Major in Electrical/ mechanical engineering, automation, material processing, optical or electronics 主修機電工程，自動化，材料加工，光學(xué)或電子相關(guān)專業(yè) 3. Working experience: 1） Five years working experiences in technical service department in the same industry 五年在相同工業(yè)界的技術(shù)服務(wù)部門的工作經(jīng)驗 2） Solid basics on related subjects such as electrical or mechanical, hydraulic knowledge 在機電，液壓方面有堅固的知識基礎(chǔ) 3） Familiar with mechanical or electrical or hydraulic or control fundamentals 熟悉機械，電氣，液壓或數(shù)控系統(tǒng) 4. Knowledge and skills: 1） Good communication and express skills 具備良好的表達和交流技巧 2） very good Analytical competence and Problem solving abilities 優(yōu)秀的分析能力及問題解決能力 3） responsibility, Self-organization with target, multi-tasking with proper prioritization, structured working style, willing to challenges and can work under pressure; carefulness 有責(zé)任心，自我管理能力，目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向，多任務(wù)處理能力，能夠確定優(yōu)先權(quán)，有結(jié)構(gòu)性的工作，愿意接受挑戰(zhàn)，能夠在壓力下工作，工作認真仔細 4） Very strongly willing & capability to learn of new technology/mythological/soft skill 非常強的學(xué)習(xí)技術(shù)/工作方法的能力及意愿 5. Language: Good English language skills: speaking, reading and writing. 較好的英語使用能力，熟練的英語對話，閱讀以及寫作。 6. Other specific requirements: 1） Team spirit, hardworking and travels 具有團隊精神，工作努力，能夠出差 2） Observe the regulations on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China 能理解并遵守通快的員工手冊和行為準則 |
