1. Be responsible to develop approved applications in dependently for different departments. 2. On time delivery of IT application according to the agreed objectives, time frame to fully satisfy requirement. 3. In charge of application optimization, maintenance and migration 4. Document the project scope, objectives and application specification 5. Report on progress and provide regular updates, identify and track requirements and project issues/risks. 6. Develop reports and excel for other department to assist in the work / operation. 7. Provide professional support to local and group entities. 8. Provide training to all relevant employees on the system usage and develop new training when required 9. Be willing and able coach junior application engineer about development skill 10.
