The buyer at AAP is taking care of the daily purchasing process activities. The buyer interacts with the purchaser and sourcing engineers as well as other company support departments such as finance and logistics as well as business functions of sales and customer service department. Job Description: 1 Issue purchase orders and place orders to suppliers. 2 Interact with purchaser and sourcing engineer who localize supplier and negotiate purchase conditions. 3 Follow up purchase order execution, keep track of order and process status, communicate with suppliers, arrange payments, organize deliveries and logistics actions with logistic colleagues. 4 Ensure delivery times are kept and if needed interact with customer and AAP other departments to ensure no delivery time problems happen. 5 Interact with quality ensuring functions 6 Arrange delivery payments and follow up with supplier sales and finance functions to track down fapiao issues 7 Become involved and take active part in the overall procurement project planning and feedback the planned times. 8 Coordinate and keep the delivery time for various parts to meet the whole project demand. 9 Build data and maintain the Supply Chain information in company Information System. Qualification: 1 Junior college or above 2 At least two years similar working experience in machinery industry 3 Experience as purchaser, buyer or souring engineer is a plus 4 Skillful in MS software 5 ERP experience is a plus 6 Effective communication skills, good in teamwork and positive working attitude 7 Good in English language skills (speaking and writing) 采購員在公司內(nèi)部負責日常采購活動。采購員和采購工程師,供應(yīng)商開發(fā)工程師及公司其他部門例如財務(wù)、物流、銷售及客戶服務(wù)部共同協(xié)作處理日常事務(wù)。 職位描述: 1 制作采購訂單并下單給供應(yīng)商 2 跟商議采購條款的采購工程師及做本土化開發(fā)的供應(yīng)商開發(fā)工程師一同協(xié)作 3 負責整個采購訂單的執(zhí)行,追蹤訂單及過程進度,同供應(yīng)商聯(lián)系,安排付款,并同物流同事一起組織發(fā)貨等物流事宜 4 保證按時交貨,如果需要同客戶及公司其他部門一同協(xié)作來避免產(chǎn)生交期問題 5 同品質(zhì)管理相互協(xié)作 6 安排發(fā)貨付款并跟供應(yīng)商的銷售或財務(wù)跟催發(fā)票 7 參與并在整體的采購項目計劃中起到積極的作用并及時反饋 8 協(xié)調(diào)并確保各種部件的交期能夠滿足整個項目的需求 9 在公司信息系統(tǒng)中建立數(shù)據(jù)及維護供應(yīng)鏈。 應(yīng)聘要求: 1 大專及以上學(xué)歷 2 至少在設(shè)備生產(chǎn)行業(yè)有2年的類似工作經(jīng)驗 3 做過采購工程, 采購員及供應(yīng)商開發(fā)的應(yīng)聘者優(yōu)先考慮 4 熟練操作辦公軟件 5 使用過ERP軟件的優(yōu)先考慮 6 有效的溝通技巧,團隊合作能力強及積極的態(tài)度 7 較好的英語能力(說寫能力) |
