| 工作描述： |
This position is based in Taicang, reports to Supply Chain Manager. Job objective: To Manage and coordinate all activities related to the effective and efficient operation of the Warehouse, Distribution and Logistics function. Keep abreast of any developments in storage or distribution methods to ensure optimization of facilities. Combine current storage and distribution requirements with planned needs. Key responsibilities: −領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并協(xié)調(diào)計(jì)劃部門(mén)的日常工作確保客戶(hù)訂單到生產(chǎn)排產(chǎn)、交付的按時(shí)進(jìn)行, Lead and coordinate the routine activities related to production scheduling, storage arrangement and distribution; −處理與相關(guān)材料供應(yīng)商的交付問(wèn)題，促成原料的按時(shí)交付, Deal with the delivery of raw materials with suppliers −支持客戶(hù)服務(wù)部門(mén)，對(duì)產(chǎn)品的庫(kù)存與需求進(jìn)行規(guī)劃與管理, Support customer service department to arrange the storage of finished products according to marketing demand −從戰(zhàn)略層面協(xié)助供應(yīng)鏈經(jīng)理(工廠廠長(zhǎng))進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)效率、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)以及原料與產(chǎn)品發(fā)運(yùn)效率的提高, Support supply chain manager to improve the efficiency of production, storage and delivery −參與區(qū)域相關(guān)兄弟工廠關(guān)于主要原料的統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃與協(xié)調(diào), Participate the planning and coordinating of yarn material in APAC region −參與制定銷(xiāo)售與工廠運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃. Participate in establishing sales and operation plan −維護(hù)工廠與生產(chǎn)相關(guān)ERP系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行。 Maintain the manufacturing function of company’s ERP system |

Personal attributes: −責(zé)任心強(qiáng), Strong sense of responsibility; −具備較強(qiáng)的邏輯思考能力， Strong logical thinking ability −良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)， Strong sense of team working Job requirements: −本科以上學(xué)歷，物流專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先 Bachelor degree or above, majored in logistic is preferred −五年以上生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并具有兩年以上的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn) Above 5 years of working experience, with the 2 years or above experience in team management −具備相關(guān)的第三方資質(zhì)認(rèn)證， Appropriate tertiary qualification −具備跨國(guó)企業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)并熟悉ERP系統(tǒng) Worked for MNC with ERP system −良好的英文表達(dá)與書(shū)寫(xiě)能力 Good spoken and written English |
