| 工作描述： |
1.Manage the Project Team to realize the project objectives defined in the Project Agreement 管理項目團隊實現(xiàn)項目目標中定義的協(xié)議 2. Ensure that proper methods are used in defining corrective actions (e.g. Risk Management, Change Management) 確保適當?shù)姆椒ū挥糜诙x糾正措施(如風險管理、變更管理) 3. Support the selection of outsourcing and development partners, components and suppliers (action items resulting from the Sourcing Committee to be integrated in the Project Plan) 支持外包和發(fā)展伙伴的選擇、組件和供應商(結(jié)果采購委員會采取的措施是集成在項目計劃) 4. Plan and conduct project – review - and milestone meetings 計劃和實施項目——審查——和里程碑會議 5. Establish the appropriate project organization plan (including team at receiving production location) 建立合適的項目組織計劃(包括團隊在收到生產(chǎn)位置) 6. Plan, coordinate, track, report and implement the entire project 計劃、協(xié)調(diào)、跟蹤、報告和實施整個項目 7. Achieve the agreed project objectives 實現(xiàn)項目目標達成一致 8. 1.Bachelor degree or above (Mechanical is preferred like engine or vehicle engineering) 本科以上學歷(機械者優(yōu)先像引擎或車輛工程) 2. Minimum 8-year working experience with at least 3-year PM experience in automotive industry 至少8年工作經(jīng)驗,至少3年的汽車行業(yè)經(jīng)驗 3. Familiar with IATF16949 system, APQP & other related PM tools 熟悉IATF16949系統(tǒng)、APQP和其他相關(guān)工具 4. Good command of English in speaking, listening, writing, reading 良好的英語說、聽、寫、讀 5. Strong summary capability (points focus), aggressive with flexibility, good team work spirit, good communication skills 總結(jié)能力強(點聚焦),積極與靈活性,良好的團隊合作精神,良好的溝通能力 6. Strong risk sense & management capability 強烈的風險意識和管理能力 7. Sense of project financials & controlling 項目財務和控制 |
