| 工作描述： |
Lead the R&D of material & process, to achieve the company’s targets about quality, cost and sustainability; • Direct the establishment of process standard, drive process related problem solving during daily production; • Work with purchasing department to evaluate and select qualified raw material supplier; • Support engineering department in production equipment upgrading and new equipment establishment; • As the liaison between global technical strategy and local practice, participate in global projects about new material/process innovation; • Provide technical supports to pre-selling and after-selling activities per the needs of sales/customer service and project management teams; • Manage time-lines and work priorities and allocate resources to meet the assigned department goals; |

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in chemical or polymer, candidate with the knowledge of textile or construction material is preferred; • 5 years of working experience or above, candidate with experience in technical team or technical project management is preferred; • Strong capability in English writing and speaking, with good knowledge and skills about computer software (MS office, Statistic tools etc.); • Good at logical thinking, open and optimistic, willing to learn, be able to work under pressure; • Target driven, strong sense of cross-functional communication and team work. |
