Responsibility： 1.跟蹤每天的生產(chǎn)，分析每天的缺陷件并及時給出合理的解決措施，降低報廢率，不斷提高的生產(chǎn)線的產(chǎn)能和工藝 Follow daily production, solve the problem of production line analyze the scrap part, give quick and reasonable reaction for line deviation, regular report for improve the scrap rate and continuous improvement the capacity, process etc. 2.和項目團隊確保新項目順利投產(chǎn)，工藝的規(guī)劃，生產(chǎn)線布局和生產(chǎn)線安裝準備，及生產(chǎn)線相關(guān)PPAP文件，包括操作指導書，質(zhì)量門，過程圖,FMEA,控制計劃以及其他相關(guān)文件的維護及更新 Work together with project team to make sure new project transfer to mass production smoothly; process planning, layout and line installation preparation, prepare the related PPAP document and responsible for maintain and update WI, Q-gate, flow chart, FMEA control plan and related document. 3.定義操作指導書并培訓操作工以遵守標準化作業(yè)，并培訓相關(guān)人員 Define work instructions and training operators to follow the standardized work, Be in charge of technical training and guide for operating process. 4.和設備或者設備供應商一起提高改進工藝或者產(chǎn)能，從而提高產(chǎn)量或者質(zhì)量 Work with equipment, supplier and other related department to modify and optimize the process/capacity according to demanding increasing or quality improvement 5.遵守勃樂氏生產(chǎn)體系，優(yōu)化和不斷提高生產(chǎn)線工藝，優(yōu)化布局，提高產(chǎn)能,和其他相關(guān)同事完成8D報告 Follow BPS, optimize and continuous improve process, layout and capacity etc , work with quality and other team member to finish 8D report 6.負責樣品的生產(chǎn)，產(chǎn)能和合格率能能夠符合內(nèi)部及客戶的要求 Responsible to support the new project sample manufacturing, include internal and external Run@Rate. 7.對于模具和設備的預防性維護給予支持 Support tooling maintenance team to define preventive maintenance plan for tooling, fixtures and assembly devices, support run off of machine, tooling, fixture, assembly fixtures etc. 8.工作努力，并且有一定的溝通和組織能力 Hard working. Have good interpersonal relation, communication skills and ability of organization and coordination. 9.協(xié)助完成上級交代的其他工作 Assist to finish other tasks from superior |
