工作職責(zé)： 1.負(fù)責(zé)新技術(shù)研發(fā)項目研發(fā)工作,確保關(guān)鍵技術(shù)指標(biāo)的達(dá)成和項目按時完成 Responsible for research and development work on R&D project, ensure reach key technical indexes and accomplish project on time 2.根據(jù)項目技術(shù)要求，提供解決方案并設(shè)計和驗證，確保符合項目技術(shù)要求 According to project technical reqirements, develop and verify feasible solution, ensure meet the project technical requirements 3.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的具體設(shè)計，對設(shè)計圖紙進(jìn)行審核 Responsible for the product design and drawing review 4.與德國總部研發(fā)團(tuán)隊溝通討論研發(fā)項目的技術(shù)問題 Communicate with Germany HQ R&D team for technical issues 5.確保6 Sigma工具在研發(fā)項目中的合理運用 Ensure 6 Sigma tools implement in reasonable way 6.在相關(guān)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域有所創(chuàng)新 Innovate in relevant technology area 7.為現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的持續(xù)改進(jìn)、精益生產(chǎn)的提供及時有效技術(shù)支持 Provide effectively teachnical support for existed product lean and continue improvement in timely manaer 8.協(xié)助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指導(dǎo)其他工程師工作,協(xié)助其完成任務(wù) Assist leader coach others, support them finish their tasks 任職資格： ◆學(xué)歷要求： Education Required 機(jī)械類本科或以上學(xué)歷 Mechanical engineering bachelor degree or above ◆ 經(jīng)驗要求 Experience Requirement 7年以上新產(chǎn)品,新技術(shù)開發(fā)和項目管理經(jīng)驗 Over 7 years experirence in auto parts on technology research, new product development and project management ◆ 技能要求 Skill Requirement 1.具備新技術(shù)研究,新產(chǎn)品開發(fā),項目管理知識和經(jīng)驗 Rich knowledge and experience in new technology research, new product development as well as project management 2.熟悉新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程,ISO9001/TS16949,6 sigma設(shè)計 Familiar with R&D procedure, ISO9001/TS16949 and DFSS 3.精通齒輪傳動的設(shè)計,包括相關(guān)設(shè)計計算，選型，測量與測試.尤其在塑料齒輪傳動領(lǐng)域 Master gear transmission design, including design, selection, measurement and testing. in particular on plastic gear transmission 4.具有豐富的塑料,金屬,陶瓷等材料及加工工藝知識和經(jīng)驗,尤其在精密注塑零件的設(shè)計,模具和成型工藝領(lǐng)域 Rich knowledge and experience on plastic, metal, ceramic materials and process , especially in precision injection molded part design, mold and molding area 5.熟練使用設(shè)計繪圖軟件和有限元分析軟件,如AutoCAD,ProE,CATIA,Kissoft, ANSYS等 Proficient in using drawing software and FEM software, such as AutoCAD, ProE, CATIA, Kissoft, ANSYS, etc. 6.熟練使用Microsoft office software Familar with Microsoft Office software 7.有較強的創(chuàng)造力和問題解決能力 With strong innovation and problem solving capacbility 8.良好的時間觀念和計劃能力 Good sense of time and planning skill 9.優(yōu)秀的執(zhí)行力 Excellent executive ability 10.較強的溝通和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力, 能夠與團(tuán)隊和其他部門較融洽的協(xié)同工作 Good communication and coordination skills, to cooperate with the team and other departments more harmonious 11.有一定的指導(dǎo)能力和經(jīng)驗 Have coaching skill and experirence 12.英語口語流利,書面表達(dá)能力強 Fluent written and oral in English ◆ 性格要求 Personality Requirement 誠實可靠,樂觀向上 Honest, optimistic 工作認(rèn)真嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),有強烈的責(zé)任心 Conscientious and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility 能夠在較大壓力下獨立的工作 Able to work independently under high pressure |
