1. Support and maintain existing customers; 支持和維護現(xiàn)有的客戶； 2. Manage customer's complaints and provide excellent customer support ; 處理客戶抱怨，為客戶提供優(yōu)秀服務； 3. Responsible for Accounts Receivables; 負責相關客戶的應收帳款； 4. Ensure that the product prices and specifications so that the client can search in time; 確保產(chǎn)品報價及技術規(guī)格以便客戶能及時的查詢； 5. Ensure the delivery in time of the products customers ordered; 確?？蛻舢a(chǎn)品的及時交貨； 6. Responsible for correct pricing; 負責產(chǎn)品的正確報價； 7. Provides information and service on new products for customers ; 為客戶提供新的產(chǎn)品信息及服務； 8. Provide sales reports timely; 及時提供銷售報表； 9. Complete other jobs ordered . 完成上級交辦的其他工作。 |
