工作職責(zé)： 1.客戶溝通，協(xié)調(diào)客戶的需求，內(nèi)部評審及準(zhǔn)備 Communicate and coordinate skilled with the customers for request collecting, review and interal preparation 2.客戶需求變化，客戶投訴及其他異常事項的處理 Deal with special issues in customer demand changes, customer complaints and other abnormal issues" 3.客戶的拜訪，維護，客戶聲音聽取及增進客戶滿意度 Customer visit, relationship maintenance, customer voice listening and customer satisfaction improving" 4.管理和平衡生產(chǎn)性存貨，支持公司生產(chǎn)運行與滿足客戶需求的平衡 Materials management and inventory control, improve and balance between customer request and production operation 5.項目的早期介入，評審及跟蹤，和提前準(zhǔn)備 Involve in the project earlier, review & track the project progress and prepare the mass production in advance" 6.與客戶，客戶關(guān)系，客戶服務(wù)相關(guān)的其他事項 Deal with other issues related to customer, customer relationship and customer service" 任職資格： ◆ 知識要求 Knowledge Requirement 本科以上學(xué)歷Bachelor degree or above ◆ 經(jīng)驗要求 Experience Requirement 從事銷售或客戶服務(wù)相關(guān)工作5年以上,2年以上主管經(jīng)理 More than 5 years’ experience in sales/CS or related field. Have 2 years management experience. ◆ 技能要求 Skill Requirement 熟悉銷售和公司內(nèi)部運營，熟練使用 ERP 系統(tǒng),英文流利 Be familiar with sales and internal operation, ERP system, smooth English speaking and writing ◆ 性格要求Personality Requirement 開朗,大方,舉止得體,與客戶能良好溝通 Open mind, proactive, good communication skills with customers ◆ 年齡要求 Age Demand 30-40歲 30-40 years old ◆ 其他要求 Other Requirement 有責(zé)任心,工作認真; 開朗，善于和人打交道 strong responsibility, staidness；Cheerful, good at handling people relationship |
