| 工作描述： |
Responsibility 工作內(nèi)容： •Repair electrical and PLC related machine breakdown. •Analyze machine problems, carry out corrective maintenance from electrical and PLC system to reduce machine problems. •Make preventive maintenance plan for electrical system and work with related person for implementation. •Lead and train electricians. Support electricians for technical problems. •Create and improve the electrical spare parts plan. •Communicate with internal departments and external suppliers for problem solving and such as new machine installation. •Improve the electrical and PLC related document management. •Participates in working out operating instruction, PM instruction and daily check list for equipment. •Supervise and conduct preventive maintenance of equipment in electrical field. •Participates in working out operating instruction, PM instruction and daily check list for equipment. •Participate in establishing spare parts storage, issue purchase requisition for electrical spare parts . •Assist Maintenance Supervisor to improve equipment and update the drawing after modification. Requirement 任職要求： •At least 5 years experience in electrical maintenance •Be familiar with PLC system and common electrical •Participates in and supports the Company’s improvement initiatives. •Assist to work out relevant document from QS requirement. •Train new operator about equipment operation and daily maintenance. •Work on areas for improvement generated from equipment audit. |
