具備產(chǎn)品研發(fā)能力及工業(yè)設(shè)計背景 工作職責： 1.負責技術(shù)研發(fā)和新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目的管理，組織、協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)外部資源，確保項目在成本、質(zhì)量、計劃等方面達成既定目標 Responsible for R & D project management, organize and coordinate the internal and external resources to ensure the project achieves the established goal in terms of cost, quality and timeline. 2.與產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理進行溝通,確認項目需求,評估可行性,組建項目團隊. Communicate with the product manager, confirm project requirements, evaluate feasibility and set up project team. 3.負責項目計劃的編制和實施，對項目進行日常管理和節(jié)點控制；控制項目預(yù)算和產(chǎn)品成本，定期向各相關(guān)方會報項目進度. Responsible project plan preparation and implementation, schedule management and milestone control; control project budget and product cost, and regularly update the progress to stackholders. 4.確保研發(fā)項目的實施符合按照流程和質(zhì)量體系(ISO9001&IATF16949)的要求，并確保產(chǎn)品符合客戶需求. Ensure R & D projects comply with the requirements of the procedure and quality management system (ISO9001 & IATF16949) and ensure that the design meets customer requests. 5.與客戶保持密切溝通，為客戶提供及時有效的服務(wù)并建立穩(wěn)固的合作關(guān)系 Keep close communication with customers, provide timely and effective service to customers and ensure establish stable cooperation relationship 6.負責下屬的工作任務(wù)的分配,指導,協(xié)助其完成任務(wù). Assign tasks to team members , coaching and support to guarantee the tasks completion. 7.對下屬進行有效的績效管理,確保下屬的技能有效提升. Effective performance management of subordinates, to ensure that subordinate skills to effectively improve. 8.確保團隊對現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的持續(xù)改進、精益生產(chǎn)提供及時有效技術(shù)支持. Ensure the team provide effectively teachnical support for continue improvement and Lean production in timely manaer. 任職資格： ◆ 知識要求 機械類（或其他）本科或以上學歷 Mechanical engineering( or other major) bachelor degree or above ◆ 經(jīng)驗要求 10年以上新產(chǎn)品,新技術(shù)開發(fā)和項目管理經(jīng)驗,3年團隊管理經(jīng)驗 Over 10 years experirence in technology research, new product development and project management, at least 3 years R&D management experirence ◆ 技能要求： 1.具備豐富的新技術(shù)研發(fā),新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和項目管理的知識,技能和經(jīng)驗. Rich knowledge,skill and experience in new technology research, new product development as well as project and risk management 2.理解和掌握新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程和質(zhì)量管理體系ISO9001/IATF16949. Understand and master R&D procedure,QMS ISO9001/TS16949 related knowledge 3.具備工業(yè)設(shè)計知識技能和經(jīng)驗. With industrial design knowledge and skills and experience. 4.熟練掌握注塑零件,鈑金零件,機加工零件的設(shè)計 Proficiency in plastic parts, sheet metal parts, machining parts design 5.熟悉相關(guān)的國際安全標準,測試方法和認證要求和流程 Familiar with relevant safety laws and regulations, test methods and certification requirements and processes 6.有較強的創(chuàng)造力和問題分析解決能力 With strong innovation and problem solving capacbility 7.良好的時間觀念,計劃能力和優(yōu)秀的執(zhí)行力 Good sense of time,planning skill and Excellent executive ability 8.具備良好的成本和風險意識 Have good cost and risk awareness 9.較強的溝通和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力, 能夠與團隊和其他部門較融洽的合作 Good communication and coordination skills, to cooperate with the team and other departments more harmonious 10.較強的領(lǐng)導能力,擅長指導和激勵下屬，能夠?qū)F隊提升到較高的水平 Strong leadership, good at coaching and motivating, team R&D capabilities can be promoted to a higher level 11.英語口語流利,書面表達能力強 Fluent written and oral in English 12.熟練使用繪圖軟件和項目管理軟件,如AutoCAD,ProE,CATIA, MS Project等 Proficiency in drawing and project management software, such as AutoCAD, ProE, CATIA, MS Project etc. ◆ 性格要求 誠實可靠,樂觀向上 Honest, optimistic 工作認真嚴謹,有強烈的責任心 Conscientious and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility 能夠在較大壓力下獨立的工作 Able to work independently under high pressure |
