Job Title: Senior Maintenance supervisor/資深維修主管 職責 Accountability and Objectives: 負責工廠固定設備，確保機器設備的正常運作。 Responsible for plant equipment and facilities, ensure the normal operation of the equipment and facilities 主要工作內(nèi)容/Key Responsibilities: 負責廠內(nèi)水、電、氣正常供給 Responsible for the normal supply of water, electricity, and gas.. 監(jiān)管所有機器和設備的安全使用。 To supervise, safe usage of all machines and equipment. 指導并糾正運作時的錯誤使用. To instruct and correct the operator on improper usage. 及時解決機器和設備的故障,并將生產(chǎn)流程中的干擾減至最低. To trouble-shoot machines and equipment problems to minimize disturbance to production flow. 定期檢查儀器設備、廠房相關(guān)設施，更換配件，調(diào)整參數(shù) Regular check the machines and equipment, replace parts, and adjust parameter. 制定廠房、設備維護保養(yǎng)計劃，按計劃定期維護保養(yǎng) Make the plan for maintaining the machines and equipment, keep in good repair regularly. 對重要設備及反復出現(xiàn)的設備故障進行根源分析，并提出解決措施，以提高設備的可靠性 To improve the reliability of equipment, analyze the trouble key equipment recurring and solve the problems. 建立設備的標準操作程序并培訓相關(guān)人員。 Build the standard operating procedures and training the relevant personnel. 對新機器的正確運作提供培訓. Provide training on proper operation of new machinery. 與工廠各主管聯(lián)系確保工作場地在環(huán)保及安全狀態(tài). Liaison with relevant supervisor to ensure the workplace in environmental and safe manner. 完成廠長安排的其他工作 Any other duties as assigned by the Factory Manager |

1. 大專學歷，機械/電氣工程專業(yè) College Diploma degree in Mechanical or electrical Engineering 2.五年以上工廠相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷 Min. 5 years for factory relevant experience 3.擁有特殊設備管理證書,熟悉CNC、叉車、行車、沖床、直角鋸、臺鉆設備最佳。 certificate of special equipment management, familiar with CNC、forklift、Overhead Crane、press machine、right angle saw、bench drill machine is the best. 4.熟悉電氣線路圖和機械制圖 familiar with electrical circuit diagram and mechanical drawing 5.良好的溝通和領導能力 Good communication skill and leadership skill |
