| 工作描述： |
- Knows well of the domestic logistic, deal with the contract with the logistic suppliers, including the terms and the quotation. - Support the calculation department to provide the freight cost. - Check the price with the freight forwarders per month, and apply for the payment. - Communicate with Order management for all the shipments. - Knows well and should handle the claim of compensation for the damaged shipment. - Make the evaluation for all the freight forwarders. - Provide expertise on customs-related areas , e.g. customs valuation, tariff classification, customs privilege regimes, international free trade agreement, customs-related requirements - Create awareness among related functions to ensure compliance to customs laws & regulations - Review on a regular basis China' s customs-related operation, to evaluate the compliance level and identify the potential risk (if any) - Establish and maintain good government relations, with local government and especially with Customs officials to insure a good communication link that will assure a good logistics flow. - Ensure Company's compliance with PRC state and local laws and regulations on import/export area. - Responsible for internal/external audit regarding import/export area. |

- Junior college or above, major in logistics management, supply chain management or related areas. - 2+ years of relevant work experience, prefer in manufacturing industry - Logistics experience. - Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to impact and influence all levels of employees and management, both inside the company and externally with suppliers. - Good negotiation, data analyze and problem solving skills. - Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Advanced level understanding of local regulations and PR of local Chinese authorities. |
