| 工作描述： |
1)負(fù)責(zé)制定符合公司發(fā)展的采購策略與目標(biāo)，最小化成本，（包括尋找新的供應(yīng)商，制定PPM /定單計(jì)劃）保證沒有制造和生產(chǎn)線的停工。 Be responsible to define procurement strategies with the target of minimizing costs（including search for the new supplier, PPM/OTD） and guarantee no stoppage of manufacturing and production lines。 2)負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)每一個(gè)生產(chǎn)線的結(jié)果或需求增加造成影響供應(yīng)鏈的可能,提議并實(shí)施糾正措施. Be responsible to evaluate in real time the impact in supply chain as per consequence of a production line off or for demand increasing and propose and to implement corrective action 3)維護(hù)國內(nèi)外供應(yīng)商的合作關(guān)系，安排供應(yīng)商的付款計(jì)劃和每個(gè)月的需求。 Be responsible for supplier improvement – asking improvement plan， and make the suppliers payment list and request every month 4)負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)客戶的交付訂單交貨，提供及時(shí)回復(fù)客戶服務(wù)能力滿足客戶的定單計(jì)劃要求。 Be responsible to the delivery according to the customer’s order ，and provide prompt reply to Customer service about capability to meet OTD requested from Customer. 5)負(fù)責(zé)處理進(jìn)口和出口的產(chǎn)品和原材料，協(xié)調(diào)所有倉庫和物料管理，且完成庫存每周報(bào)告。 Be responsible to deal with import and exports of products and raw materials，coordinate all Warehouses and Material management thru the Warehouses and Material specialist，to make stock report every week. 6)實(shí)施質(zhì)量體系ISO TS 16949參照質(zhì)量體系能力的過程 Implement Quality System ISO TS 16949 with reference to quality system competence procedures 7)負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)下屬,并安排他們的工作。 Be responsible to train the subordinates, and arrange their work. 8)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作 Any other works assigned by leader. |
