Responsibility: 1.對于設(shè)備停機和緊急維修進行 Responsible for machine breakdown problem solving to ensure the production task implemented on time, any problem, he/she should inform his manager 2.負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)線模具，模芯的更換 Responsible plastic rubber or machine tooling change over, 3.負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)線及生產(chǎn)設(shè)施日常維修保養(yǎng)，工裝夾具的制作及優(yōu)化 Responsible for regular maintenance of equipment and facility, machine tooling and fixture modification, responsible for TPM； 4.配合新設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試 Support new machine installation and debugging 5.負(fù)責(zé)維修過程中相關(guān)技術(shù)問題的跟蹤和根本問題的分析 4. 維修區(qū)域的5S Responsible for 5S of maintenance area, 5. 協(xié)助完成上級交代的其他工作 Assist to finish other tasks from superior |

Requirements 1.機電一體化及電氣背景，中技以上學(xué)歷 Mechanical and electrical, or above 2.了解電氣、氣動、機械相關(guān)知識 Familiar with electrics, pneumatic, mechanics related knowledge 3.具有較強動手能力和良好的設(shè)備故障診斷能力，并對自動控制方面有較深理解及悟性 Has strong practical ability and good ability of equipment fault diagnosis, and have a deeper understanding of automatic control and understanding 4.必須持有低壓電工證 Must have a low voltage electrical certificates 5.能吃苦耐勞，能適應(yīng)倒班 Can bear hardships and stand hard work, can adapt to shift work |
