| 工作描述： |
1、Order evaluation including customer information, product detail, pricing, ‘master’ data, and etc. and create orders in K3 system. 2、Maintenance of CAM numbers, including color combination, specification, and CP code checking. Keep contact with UFS for new CAM assignment. 3、Follow up the production orders based on the required shipment date and master production schedule. 4、Collect daily production data, and update the open order reports for all customers. 5、Cooperate with warehouse for finished goods shipment. Send consignment notice to warehouse keepers and arrange trucks. Ensure timely shipments are made and proper documents are maintained & keep in record. 6、Provide some necessary inventory information to key customers for their enquiries. 7、Assist in all of customer service related activities. 8、Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports required. 9、Other jobs assigned by line manager |
