Responsibility: Creating monthly reports including a regular profitability analysis Budget planning in coordination with business divisions and central functions Data collection, analysis and input of quarterly forecast Creating target / actual comparisons (SIV) and introducing cost saving measures as well as ensuring ongoing budget controlling Ensuring transparent investment planning and reporting Creation / actualization of business plan of the plant Ensuring accurate life time calculations for projects Calculations of hourly and allocation rates |
