| 工作描述： |
• Main contact for China suppliers and Woodridge / GKN-OHP sister companies for daily activities • Manages Purchase orders from Woodridge and other European and American GKN-OHP sister companies to Chinese suppliers • Review Purchase order confirmations and lead times from Chinese Suppliers and communicate with Woodridge / GKN-OHP sister companies • Update Supplier Spreadsheets with confirmations and shipping ETD information • Follow up with vendors on production status and push suppliers to an earlier shipment date if necessary • Optimization of logistic costs through negotiation with carriers and consolidation of sea freight and air shipments • Communicate packaging requirements for oversea shipments • Monitoring of logistic costs and shipment process • Forward documentations from suppliers and freight companies for imports into Americas and Europe as shipments depart • Supporting and following up of the customs clearance, collect the original copy of the shipping documentation and register in the system of foreign Currency bureau • Track import and export shipments. • Monitor Supplier-DSA and logistic quality for Chinese suppliers • Provide monthly currency reports to Woodridge and GKN-OHP sister companies • Forward rolling forecasts from Woodridge & GKN-OHP sister companies to suppliers to reduce lead-time help with flexibilities with suppliers • Work with Woodridge & GKN-OHP sister companies Finance and Quality departments when issues arise • Other duties assigned by the company |
