Mission職責(zé)范圍: To intervene in the monitoring of new projects ensuring that the quality requirement demanded by the client in all the product development stages. To ensure the finished product quality according to the client specifications, through the monitoring and control of the different productive process stages.參與項(xiàng)目的跟蹤和控制,保證在研發(fā)階段品和生產(chǎn)階段的產(chǎn)品都能構(gòu)滿足客戶的規(guī)格要求,保證客戶滿意度。 Activity具體職責(zé): To insure the products approval in each development and industrialization stage according to the Contract Revision goals保證產(chǎn)品按照合同的要求通過研發(fā)和工業(yè)化階段的審核 To define the product quality and process objectives basing on the client specification and quality standards established by the direction.根據(jù)客戶的要求和公司制定的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和工藝的目標(biāo)。 To determine the approval and reliability plan of the product guaranteeing its achievement.編寫確定產(chǎn)品可靠性認(rèn)證計(jì)劃。 To ensure that in each development stage the methodology established continues. (functional analysis, AMFE, statistics tools, etc)保證在每個(gè)發(fā)展階段應(yīng)用工具的一致性。 To define, manage and update the quality file regarding the client demand and procedures established for the division in the Quality Plan編寫,管理和更新客戶要求的和質(zhì)量計(jì)劃中的文件。 To take part in the quality requirement definition of the suppliers who take part in the development stage.參與制定對相關(guān)供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量要求。 To support the project team in the relation with the client in quality product matters from the first stages of development.在研發(fā)階段與客戶的質(zhì)量溝通方面支持項(xiàng)目小組 To support the project team in the cost and profitability improvement ideas and its including in the TC/TP methodology.參與項(xiàng)目小組在成本和利潤方面做出改進(jìn)。 Work together with production to define, continue and support the indirect staff work in quality matters, regardless its functional dependence.配合生產(chǎn)部門,持續(xù)對各部門間接提供質(zhì)量方面的培訓(xùn)。 To analyze the quality data (ex. Scrap, re-work, product and process capacity, etc.) and create the necessary synergies to work in the continuous improvement of results.分析質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)(廢品率,返工率和過程能力等)以建立必要持續(xù)改進(jìn)體系。 To communicate the problems stemming from the productive process in the plant quality meetings and propose disciplinary actions.在工廠會(huì)議上溝通生產(chǎn)工藝方面引起的問題并建議解決措施。 To verify the effectiveness of the actions taken to solve the problems.驗(yàn)證糾正措施的效果。 To supervise the work of staff through a final inspection (finished product audit), and the tracking and working of the results.通過最終檢驗(yàn),監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)工人的工作。 To analyze the necessities of the measurement methods according to the productive process necessities.根據(jù)工藝的需要分析必須的測量手段。 To keep and administer the metrology and calibration systems.維護(hù)管理校驗(yàn)體系。 To prepare internal process audit of Plant.參與準(zhǔn)備工廠內(nèi)部的過程審核。 To suggest and execute improvement activities in order to carry out an annual improvement plan, based on process problems, trend quality data analysis, potential problems and discover future necessities. 在年度改進(jìn)計(jì)劃中針對目前的工藝問題,質(zhì)量問題數(shù)據(jù)分析和潛在問題建議和實(shí)施必要的改進(jìn)措施。 To communicate the problems claimed by the clients in the plant quality meetings.在工廠的質(zhì)量會(huì)議上溝通客戶反映的問題。 Pay attention to the quality department needs related to the client, in order to work in a coordinated way.關(guān)注客戶對質(zhì)量部門的要求,以積極配合客戶的期望。 Coordinate the solution of the problems detected by the client through the solution method of the team group and its format stemming from the client(8D,5WHY,NMCAR)應(yīng)用客戶要求的工具參與解決客戶發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題。 To assist quality manager to prepare the visits and clients presentation. 協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理準(zhǔn)備拜訪和演示。 Requirement要求:1.Bachelor degree of engineering or science degree 2.Good ability of oral and written English 3.3 years of working experience in similar position 4.Strong Ability to analyze and solving problems 5.Good sense of customer service and team spirit |
