Qualifications任職資格 Academic 學(xué)歷 College Degree, Related major in mechanical, electrical, automation, etc. 大專以上學(xué)歷,機械、機電、電氣自動化等相關(guān)專業(yè) Experience工作經(jīng)驗 1. In the machining company, with more than one year of inspection work experience 在機加工制造企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)過檢驗工作一年以上 2.Familiar with the production process of materials, key control points of the process; master the key characteristics and test methods of various raw materials 熟悉物料的生產(chǎn)過程,制程關(guān)鍵控制點;掌握各類原材料的關(guān)鍵特性和檢驗方法 3.Good communication, organization and presentation skills, execution 具備良好的溝通、組織和表達能力、執(zhí)行力 Job Skill工作技能 1.Have knowledge of ERP system 懂ERP系統(tǒng) 2.Fluent in both written and oral English 擅長英語聽說讀寫 3.Knowledge of quality management 具備質(zhì)量管理方面的知識 4.Familiar with mechanical and electrical drawings, skilled use of various inspection and measurement equipment 熟悉機械類視圖、熟練運用各種檢驗測量設(shè)備 5.Good communication, coordination and control skills 良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、控制能力 6.Good Microsoft office skill- word/excel/outlook/power point 熟練操作辦公軟件 Job Duties工作職責(zé) 1. Formulate supplier admission quality criteria, conduct on-site audits for new suppliers (quality system audit, QPA process quality audit), issue audit reports and confirm admission eligibility. 制定供應(yīng)商準(zhǔn)入質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),開展新供應(yīng)商現(xiàn)場審核(新供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量體系審核、QPA 過程質(zhì)量審核),出具審核報告并判定準(zhǔn)入資格 2. Drive new suppliers to build quality management systems, make corrective action plans for audit findings, track and verify improvement effects, and add to ASL only after passing verification. 推動新供應(yīng)商完成質(zhì)量體系建設(shè),針對審核問題制定整改計劃,跟蹤驗證整改效果,確認(rèn)達標(biāo)后方可納入合格供應(yīng)商名錄 3. Compile incoming material quality data (batch acceptance rate, defect rate, PPM, etc.), set up quality ledgers, focus on tracking high-frequency defects and critical material nonconformities, and push suppliers to improve. 統(tǒng)計來料質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)(批次合格率、不良率、PPM 值等),建立來料質(zhì)量臺賬,對高頻不良、關(guān)鍵物料不良進行重點跟蹤,推動供應(yīng)商改善 4. Visit suppliers to supervise production processes and materials used; inspect and accept the quality of pending received products. 前往供應(yīng)商公司監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)過程和使用的材料;驗收即將收貨的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量 5 . Participate in verifying suppliers' critical processes, new technologies and materials, confirm quality stability, issue quality control requirements synchronously, and ensure samples meet technical specifications 參與供應(yīng)商關(guān)鍵工序、新工藝、新物料的驗證,確認(rèn)其質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性,同 步輸出質(zhì)量管控要求,確保樣品通過技術(shù)規(guī)范要求。 6. Establish and maintain supplier quality files, including audit reports, corrective action reports, performance data, nonconformity records, system certifications, etc., and ensure files are complete and traceable. 建立并維護供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量檔案,包含審核報告、整改報告、績效數(shù)據(jù)、不良記錄、體系認(rèn)證等全維度資料,確保檔案完整、可追溯; 7.Coordinate with production, R&D and after-sales teams, share supplier-related material issues, new material/technology quality requirements and customer complaints, and drive full-process quality problem resolution 與生產(chǎn)、研發(fā)、售后部門協(xié)同:同步生產(chǎn)端的供應(yīng)商物料使用問題、研發(fā)端的新物料 / 新工藝質(zhì)量要求、售后端的供應(yīng)商相關(guān)客訴,推動全鏈路質(zhì)量問題解決 8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。 |
