Job summary and key objectives Lead the technical team to support product, process, cost and maintenance activities at assigned manufacturing site, take initiatives to enhance yield, quality, cost and engineering capabilities. ? Project management thinking for products launching then ensure the products is successful launched. 用項(xiàng)目管理的思維來貫徹產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)的過程，從而保證產(chǎn)品的順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。 ? According to custom requirement , make the sales drawing and product drawing ,also need make the SOP and process parameter 根據(jù)客戶需要設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品并畫對應(yīng)的銷售圖，產(chǎn)品圖；同時(shí)制訂對應(yīng)的SOP和工藝參數(shù) ? To Participate in special project of the company as regards to process or product development, technology transfer, mechanization, automation, cost saving and other technical or investment project of such nature. 參與公司工藝或產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓、機(jī)械化、自動化、成本節(jié)約等性質(zhì)的技術(shù)或投資項(xiàng)目 ? Process monitoring and analyse performance and recommend necessary actions to ensure full compliance. 過程監(jiān)控以及表現(xiàn)分析，以及建議必要措施以確保完全符合要求 ? Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction is achieved. 確保達(dá)成產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和顧客滿意。 ? Improve manufacturing performance through regular review of process capability and formulate improvement plan. 通過對工藝能力的定期評審，提高制造績效，制定改進(jìn)計(jì)劃。 ? To proposed and to coordinate all process, product, material, machine, tool and other changes which will improve and develop the quality and the competitiveness of the company’s product and efficiency and capabilities of its processes. 提出并協(xié)調(diào)所有過程、產(chǎn)品、材料、機(jī)器、工具和其他將提高和發(fā)展公司產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和競爭力以及其過程的效率和能力的變更。 ? To liaise with other key members of the team in co-ordinating proposal for changes to product and process packed and manufactured in the company. 與團(tuán)隊(duì)其他關(guān)鍵成員保持聯(lián)系，協(xié)調(diào)公司包裝和制造的產(chǎn)品和工藝變更。 ? To make proposal for cost reduction brought about by process and product changes. 提出建議幫助過程和產(chǎn)品成本降低。 ? To work liaison with other department to ensure corrective and preventive action are taken with regards to it product and process. 與其他部門進(jìn)行工作聯(lián)絡(luò)，確保對IT產(chǎn)品和過程采取糾正和預(yù)防措施。 ? To ensure all projects undertaken, coordinated, overseen or participated in by the department are efficiency and effectively completed within the specified deadlines with optimum resources expended. 確保本部門承擔(dān)、協(xié)調(diào)、監(jiān)督或參與的所有項(xiàng)目在規(guī)定期限內(nèi)高效有效地完成，并達(dá)到資源消耗性價(jià)比高。 ? To ensure compliances to regulatory bodies requirement, internal procedures and any relevant legislation governing the project undertaken. 確保遵守監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)的要求、內(nèi)部程序和任何有關(guān)所承擔(dān)項(xiàng)目的法律。 ? Maintain and Control “BOM” and article numbers for Raw material & finished goods. 維護(hù)和控制原材料和成品的“物料清單”和物料編號。 ? Responsible for all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy 負(fù)責(zé)與質(zhì)量、健康、安全、環(huán)境和能源有關(guān)的所有活動。 ? Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy Policy, Procedure and SOP 按照質(zhì)量、健康、安全、環(huán)境和能源政策、程序和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作規(guī)程履行職責(zé)。 Other main responsibilities 其他主要職責(zé) ? Raise PR’s. 提高PR’s ? Conduct Process Improvements and Product Development. 進(jìn)行工藝改進(jìn)和產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。 ? Revise `BOM` 修改“BOM” ? Assign New article numbers. 分配新物品編號 ? Part Evaluation & reporting. 零件評估和報(bào)告 Education & work experience ? Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Science and engineering. 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，理工科專業(yè)。 ? More than five years working experience. 五年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) ? Proficiency in Solid-work, CAD, etc. 熟練掌握Solid-work, CAD等軟件。. ? CET4 and above，fluent speaking English. 英語4級以上 ,熟練的英語交流 |
