| 工作描述： |
? Responsible for QC team’s routine management work, e.g. shift plan making, monthly QC performance assessment etc. ? 負責(zé)QC團隊的日常管理工作，如排班計劃制定、月度績效考核等 ? Responsible for arranging routine inspection for QC, including incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection etc., to ensure that all the products are conform to the requirements of customers, food safety quality management system and related statutory and regulatory ? 負責(zé)安排QC檢驗員的日常檢驗工作，包括進料、過程及出貨檢驗等，確保產(chǎn)品符合客戶、食品安全質(zhì)量管理體系及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)要求 ? Responsible for arranging QC for environment, microbiological etc. monitoring in food production area ? 負責(zé)安排QC實施食品生產(chǎn)區(qū)環(huán)境、微生物等監(jiān)控工作 ? Responsible for managing and tracing all related inspection data, to ensure the integrality, reliability and accuracy of the whole database ? 負責(zé)管理跟蹤所有檢測數(shù)據(jù)，確保測量系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的完整性、可靠性及精確性 ? Responsible for the control, feedback and traceability of all nonconformity products or phenomena including food safety ? 負責(zé)包括與食品安全有關(guān)的所有不合格品或現(xiàn)象的控制、反饋及跟蹤處理 ? Responsible for AQP inspection during new products or projects development stage ? 負責(zé)新產(chǎn)品、新項目開發(fā)階段AQP檢測工作 ? Responsible for the management for Lab equipments, documents and CAQ system etc. ? 負責(zé)實驗室設(shè)備、文件及CAQ系統(tǒng)等的維護管理 ? Responsible for trainings for QC team ? 負責(zé)QC團隊的培訓(xùn)工作 ? Responsible for hygiene monitoring and management of QC team staffs ? 負責(zé)QC團隊人員的衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督管理 ? Responsible for plant 5S activity ? 負責(zé)工廠5S的檢查活動 ? Responsible for the clean clothes of food area ? 負責(zé)食品包裝區(qū)域員工的防塵服清潔 ? Coordinate to conduct plant NEXT and safety concern reporting projects ? 配合執(zhí)行工廠的NEXT和安全隱患匯報項目 ? Other tasks assigned by quality manager etc. ? 質(zhì)量經(jīng)理安排的其它相關(guān)工作等 |
