Answering the telephone, visitor reception; 接聽來電,訪客接待; Conference preparation; purchasing kitchen supplies, such as softdrinks, coffee, etc; 會議準備(不包括內部會);采購茶水間飲料,如各種軟飲、咖啡等 Management of office supplies, including inquiry, purchasing, receiving and handing out, warehousing management (process in Navision software); 管理辦公用品,包括詢價,訂貨,收發(fā),入庫管理。(部分內容需要在Navision系統(tǒng)中操作) Receiving and handing out company relevant domestic and overseas express letters 收發(fā)公司相關國內外快遞信件 Canteen management, such as menu check, involving in daily management, prob-lem-solving, etc. 餐廳管理,例如菜單審核,日常餐廳管理,問題處理等; Booking hotels, flight tickets and train tickets for business trips, restaurants reservation; 預訂公司職員出差用機票、火車票和酒店;餐廳預訂 Responsible for daily management of security and cleaning (place relevant require-ments in Navision, complaint handling…); 負責保安與保潔的日常管理(相關物品在系統(tǒng)中申請,投訴處理) Other related works assigned by manager. 領導安排的其它工作 |
