| 工作描述: |
1.前臺與接待管理Reception Management - 接待訪客,為訪客及員工提供指引和協(xié)助。 Welcome visitors, providing guidance and assistance to both visitors and employees. - 處理內外線電話,確保信息傳遞及時準確。 Handle internal and external calls, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery. - 管理郵件和包裹的工作。 Manage mail and package receipt and distribution. - 負責會議室的預訂、布置及日常維護。 Oversee meeting room reservations, setup, and daily maintenance. 2.物資管理與采購支持Supplies Management and Procurement Support - 協(xié)助采購辦公用品、工作服及其他必需品,并做好庫存管理。 Assist in the procurement of office supplies, uniforms, and other essentials while maintaining inventory records. - 統(tǒng)計和訂購公司員工午餐及加班餐,并協(xié)助費用結算。 Track and order employee lunches and overtime meals, assisting with cost settlement. - 協(xié)助員工名片的設計、制作和發(fā)放工作。 Support the design, production, and distribution of employee business cards. 3.數據整理與報告Data Compilation and Reporting - 協(xié)助整理公司車輛使用及費用相關數據,并按月制作分析報告。 Assist in compiling data related to company vehicle usage and expenses, preparing monthly analytical reports. - 協(xié)助機票預訂及費用統(tǒng)計,并生成月度報表。 Help with flight bookings and expense tracking, generating monthly reports. 4.第三方供應商協(xié)作管理Vendor Collaboration Management 協(xié)助日常管理外部供應商,包括保潔、安保和食堂等服務。 - Support the daily management of external vendors, including cleaning, security, and cafeteria services. 跟進服務質量,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出改進建議。 Monitor service quality, promptly identifying issues and proposing improvement suggestions. 5.行政支持與活動協(xié)助Administrative Support and Event Assistance - 協(xié)助策劃和支持公司各類活動,包括場地布置、酒店預訂和相關費用結算。 Assist in planning and supporting company events, including venue setup, hotel bookings, and related expense settlements. 6.其他事務Other Duties - 協(xié)助優(yōu)化行政流程,提高工作效率。 Support the optimization of administrative processes to enhance efficiency. - 積極學習企業(yè)文化,協(xié)助推動跨文化溝通與合作。 Actively learn the corporate culture and help promote cross-cultural communication and collaboration. 7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根據業(yè)務需要,完成直屬經理安排的其它工作. |

1.Bachelor degree or above 本科或以上學歷 2.Fresh graduate, if have administrative experience is preferred應屆畢業(yè)生可,擁有行政崗位相關的實習經驗更佳 3.good computer skill良好的計算機技能 4.English skill both in speaking and writing 良好的英語書寫能力 5.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具備高度的責任心和客戶導向意識. 6.Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具備獨立應對問題的能力, 思維開放,富有團隊合作意識. 7.Ability to continuously learn.具備持續(xù)學習的能力 8.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. 愿意遵守通快中國的所有規(guī)章制度包括但不限于員工手冊以及行為準則. |
