Function Responsibilities 崗位職責(zé) Responsible for Korean customers and well communicate between customer, BOS Korea and plants. 負(fù)責(zé)韓國(guó)客戶,與客戶、BOS Korea以及工廠保持良好的溝通。 Ensure that the customer satisfaction is constantly improving and therefore guaranteed. 確??蛻魸M意度得到不斷的改善和提高 Be the direct connection between the factory and customer, Feedback to customer portals: decision and corrective actions in case of 0km and warranty. 是廠方和客戶之間的直接聯(lián)系人,關(guān)于客戶0km和售后的投訴,回復(fù)公司的決定和改進(jìn)措施報(bào)告。 Be responsible for the Korean customer complaints and supporting Asia other customers in case of 0km and warranty complaint and claims. 負(fù)責(zé)韓國(guó)客戶0公里和售投訴問(wèn)題的解決,以及支持亞洲客戶其他客戶問(wèn)題的解決。 Carry out emergency activities in case of customer complaints. 在有客訴時(shí)執(zhí)行緊急措施。 Collect the product quality information from the customer. 從客戶處收集產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量信息。 Analyze the reject parts from the customer, set the containment actions for customer. 分析客戶處的拒收品,制定臨時(shí)對(duì)策。 After SOP, transfer the quality requirement/information from customer to plant. 批量生產(chǎn)后,將客戶的要求和信息傳達(dá)至生產(chǎn)工廠。 Regular visit customer, looking for the potential improvement actions. 定期拜訪客戶,尋找潛在的改善措施。 Finish the other tasks which superior appointed. 完成上級(jí)安排的其他任務(wù)。 |
